My last name begins with B so maybe they are going in alphabetical order? I think that's really odd that I didn't get a confirmation now!

Nerrep- my letter came last Wednesday I think but I was on holiday until the weekend so I've had hardly any time to prepare! I was really not expecting interviews to come round this fast, wish I'd started doing stuff earlier... oh well at least I've learned my lesson for next year if everything goes wrong!

Hi there! Another newbe to the thread - saw this discussion and decided I had to join - i've applied this year and heard back from Leicester, so have an interview on 3rd Dec, and am waiting on Bristol and Warwick, but apparently Warwick don't send invites to interview until end Dec/early Jan, so no need to panic just yet!

Good luck everyone who has interviews soon, and to all of you waiting to hear x

Hi Scotgirl! Congratulations on the offer! I am still waiting to hear from Leicester. Just wondering about your grades/ukcat/experiences?

came back from a 3 day conference and really expected something in the post... but, nothing.
I suppose as Kings interviews later in Jan it could be a while yet anyway... and as for Soton, I know that takes a lot of patience.

Im going crazy... the wait is killing me. I havent heard anything as of yet and loads of people seem to have interviews for Leicester and Newcastle I think it must be because of my UKCAT! And Southampton was a bit of a wasted application (I think) because of the competition! Oh well- Looks like I may be reapplying for 2010!
Order of hugs to go please! lol

Apparently, according to a friend, they selected the top 25% for interview based on UKCAT only. I figure it may have been my UKCAT, as I had a 672.5, which is not competitive enough for GEP. I was worried that my application was not good. That is how the rejection made me feel. I started thinking that the other medical schools would not like my personal statement either!
