Nope, this is my first time applying for medicine. I have always been torn between pure research and medicine but I think now is the time to bite the bullet and give it a go (plus I'm getting on a bit now )

Hi there,

One acknowledgement so far from UEA, nothing else for me yet either, the waiting continues.

Ive a BSc Hons 2:1 Nursing Science and currently doing a MSc in Anaesthesia. Have 5 years post reg nursing experience in critical and emergency care to senior nursing level. Have over a decade of voluntary work. As a student nurse i also worked as a HCA.

Hope to hear something soon. Good Luck everyone

I've not heard anything either on the interview front! And only one acknowledgement so far from Oxford (nada from Kings, Imperial and Warwick).

Actually I got an email from Warwick today saying they couldn't determine from my UCAS application whether I was eligible for Home/EU fees status and telling me I had to fill out an additional questionnaire. All seems a bit strange since I am a British citizen and UK born and bred, which is in my application. So now I'm worrying that they've somehow mixed up my details.

I keep on dreaming about getting rejections which is beginning to bug me now! Hoping I've not suddenly become psychic!

Anyway, good luck everyone! I'll keep you updated if I do hear anything.

Perhaps you should get in touch with them to double check before you send the questionnaire.
That is curious indeed. Have you lived in the UK for the past few years?

if you've lived/worked abroad for more than 3 years you can lose your british citizenship.....definitely give them a call to clarify things

I've had acknowledgements from St George's and Nottingham, but nothing from the others.

Good luck people.
