NHS bursary - different forms for welsh & english students? confused

I recently received in the post a paper application form from the NHS bursary office in Cardiff. Then a week later I received a letter from the English NHS bursary office telling me that they no longer send out paper forms and to download a form from their website.

I am a Welsh student studying in England. I'm pretty sure I go with the Welsh one, but the forms are quite different (Welsh form is much shorter). Does anyone else have any experience of this?

Ok, well I just phoned them up (which I should have done before posting this), and they confirmed I go with the Welsh one. It's all a bit confusing though. There was nothing on the Welsh form asking about parents income or anything like that, maybe that comes later?
