    Hiya...! Another grad in major need of advice...

    Ok where to begin... first off Im thankfull for any advice or comments or tips anyone has to offer... So in advane THANKYOU!!

    So here goes... after fluffing A levels didnt take up med place at uni... so did a bio sci degree gaining a 2:1... waited till after graduation to reapply cos didnt want to be holding an offer i couldnt meet again....

    2006... all unsuccessfull
    2007... 1 interview... major disaster... agggggghhhhhhh

    so ive been a teaching assistant since graduating... not med related but lots of caring aspects... have done fair bit of wrk ex...hosp in india last summer... volunteering in hospice and hospital for couple of months...also done a lot of work with kids...working in usa as a special needs counsellor this summer.... so to cut to the chase....

    Ive been bumming around since grad so this is gonna be my last year applying to med... and its all i wanna do... am i applying to the wrong unis... which are grad friendly... has my work as a spec needs teacher hurt my application... this has been such a big part of my recent life and experience... i feel like i have loads to offer...ok im rambling now... chat to you all later.... tk care

    Where did you apply? There's a lot on here about grad-friendly universities, have a look. Have you tried GAMSAT too? It's always worth a look...
