URGENT info needed on student loan

The SLC have been messing me around. Aside from a long list of errors and complaints, I'm querying the amount I've been awarded. Can I ask how much loan people in a similar position to me have been awarded

If you're on a GEP, eligible for an NHS bursary (i.e. year 2 onwards) and are over 25 or an 'independent student', how much are you getting???

I've been awarded around £2k which I think is correct, but others in similar circumstances have received nearly £6K!

    Thanks
At the bedside emergency no one was ever heard to cry out 'Thank goodness, here comes the clinical pharmacologist'.

Um. Sounds like the LEA haven't noticed / they didn't tell the LEA that they were applying for a bursary, in which case they will probably be chased up for the excess at some point in the future.

At least someone on this planet can still provide a straight answer! Thank you.

Think you're absolutely right about this, at least in the first part, whether the LEA will actually chase it up is another matter entirely. What makes it particularly grating is that my ex (hi deco ) and I filled out our forms at the same time and had an identical financial background. She got 6k, I got 2k, must be a karma thing
