It was only for a moment that I was Zidza. I'm still hopeful , and even if Manchester do reject me, it's ok, cos I've still got my other 3 choices as well. And if I don't get in this year, I've still got options left...so don't despair

Hello everyone,

Glad to see we're all making use of my little thread. Please don't be disheartened. I've been saying to people that Manchester was this year's KCL.

I fully expected to get a rejection from them, even though I hoped that there may have been a chance of an interview.

I know its difficult, but you musn't think that just because you have the entry requirements then you will get an interview, as everyone who applies will have them, or else they wouldn't apply.

Speak to you all later,

i reckon a few people apply without requiremetns, trying to be hopeful, or just not taking enough care to check the requirements. so a few do get checked.

A choice that I made just to test the water, as one of the most popular med schools, I knew they would not look twice, as I have non (possibly sub) standard qualifications.

For those of you wishing to get feedback, e-mail the best address you can find.

The people that work in these admissions offices spend all day answering the phone, so they consequently hate it.

I've emailed but dont you think I'm more likely to actually get a reply if I ring? I dont know how organised they are about replying to emails. Has anyone else tried to get feedback?
