I think the new system is really good. Like Gizmo said I think it will show a greater separation between candidates. To be honest I think all med schools should have group interviews, since in future you will mostly be working in groups.

anyone hu has had their manchester interview...wat dd u think about it? i thnk it went well..but one interviewer was harsh...n made all my points look negative :S lol! but overall pbl went good

Hey I had myinterview at manchester on tueday it went well i like de new system, coz u get to klnow de ppl in your group b4 hand and pbl isnt to do with medial knowledge just a big disscussion de onli fing is dat de 1-to-1 interviews are a bit daunting ders always one interviewer who will grill you as much as he/she can de other two are ok. ders ben quiet a few ppl from my college who have had der interviews at ,manchester and dey all had 1 harsh interviewer.

heyyy ... congrats...ur interview is over! had myn on mon...like u wer sayin...ders dat one harsh interviewer! n i was lyk..nooooo iv lost my chnce...cuz i kept repeatin myself lyk an idiot and stutterin under stress! lol

Sometimes the harsher the interviewer, the better the interview is going in the sense that the interviewer wants to challenge you.
