Just out of interest, that post was written nearly 5 years ago. Is it still applicable to now? It doesn't match up with other things I've been told. How much is still relevant?

I got my interview letter last week, whoop whoop!
It said there is a group interview for about half an hour with other applicants where you have to complete a ranking exercise ( eg which patient do you give the kidney transplant).
Then there are three one on one interviews, the first is about the group interview, second is about the experiences that lead you to consider a career in medicine and the last is for "wider issuses".
Hope that helps
