I'm quite happy with there not being a lunch/tour. Saves my dad the cost of a hotel for the night before. It's gonna take until my 3:00 interview to get up there!! (well, its 4-5 hours in the car, plus parking, and the necessary 2 hours contingency my dad needs etc etc )

My interview's at 4:00, but it doesnt say anything on my letter about a lunch and tour. People who had theirs this year, when you had your interviews, how early in advance did you turn up? i.e. 1 hour/ half an hour?

Hey,
I just had my interview at Manchester yesterday. I flew over there (a 3.5hour flight)--and they made me pretty angry. They interview is supposed to be 15 minutes long, no? thats what they say on all those papers. Well when i got there they were 20mins late (that was ok), but my interview lasted for 8 mins, because they were off schedule and were running late. THey also cut me off everything i was trying to say, saying "oh look the clocks ticking"... Maybe i mjust angry because they asked my about euthanasia and i didnt know what to say, so i didint say anything. It looks like a rejection will be coming my way, but that would be ok if id have atleast been given the chance to express myself
did this seem to happen to any one else, who had their interviews yesterday, on friday the 3rd of february?Last edited by -matilda-; 04-02-2006 at 02:56 PM.
