hey i'd like to know the entry requirments for ib student....im an international student who is interested in applying for liverpool's med. school it seems interesting....Ne1 got netips or information about the entry requirments plz reply asap..Thnx ..

Hey Sportygirl,

I'm an international student too but I came from the UK A-level system so I can't give you specific advice on IB.

Having said that, I HAVE helped out in numerous university fairs where I'm from and worked closely with John Quirk and Ursula Henry (the heads of the international office in Liv Uni). The impression I get is that A-levels and IB are very well accepted by Liv Uni, whereas the American AP system is far less accepted.

I'd encourage you check out the Liv Uni website if you haven't already. You should be able to find the exact IB requirements on the medicine page. Also, email the international office at irro@liv.ac.uk if you have any specific questions. I've met most of the team and they're all really friendly.
