What does it mean by you should obtain the A-Levels in one-sitting in 2 Years?

Does that mean no resits at all? Because that applies for loads of uni's if that is the case. Also, I got AAAC at AS, if I was not to get into medicine for 2010 entry which I have applied for, can I apply for 2011 entry with say AAA at A2 which I hope to get, and maybe bring my dropped subject (4th subject) at AS up from a C to a B by resitting one of the modules this summer, tehrefore widening my choice of which unis I can apply for, for 2011 entry. (sorry if this sounds waffly)?? Because some ask for AAAb, eg Edinburgh, so I couldn't apply there for 2010 entry this application cycle.

It's fine to resit as much as you like within the two years (as you would with that AS) - but you can't retake, which is past the original two years, doing exams again..
Fresher medic*, doesn't know any medicine. Slight issue.¬

Absolutely right, make sure you get it all right in those first two years, or you may have to spend an extra year doing an access to medicine course.

Are there any universities that dont mind you retaking modules over a 3 year period?

A few but you will almost certainly have to get a minimum of AAA and usually extenuating circumstances
