Conversion nanogrammes per millilitre to picoMolar
anyone know how to coonvert nanogrammes per millilitre to picoMolar??

First, it's nanograms, not "nanogrammes". Secondly, it depends on the molecular weight (MW) of the substance.
Concentration in pM = (concentration in ng/mL / MW) x 1x10^6
As ng/mL is equivalent to µg/L (i.e. 10^-6 g/L) and you're converting to pmol/L (i.e. 10^-12 mol/L).
