    Congratulations!

    I got my results today and i took the OCR exam for Chem, Phys and Bio and i am bot sure what my mark is out of. I got all A's but with the following varied marks: 86 for Bio, 74 for physics and 80 for Chem. Is this out of 100 (a percentage) or out of 90 which is the top UMS for each of the modules?

    woohoooooo waz totally shocked at my results 2day:

    CCEA c3 maths- 100/100 (A)
    EDEXL chemistry unit 4- 90/90 (A)
    AQA biology unit 5 - 83/90 (A)
    CCEA geography unit 4 - 75/90 (A)
    GCSE's - 9A* 1A
    AS- 4A's
    UKCAT average -670

    Queens Belfast- Conditional offer AAAa

    Edinburgh- Conditional offer AAA

    Dundee- decline (I didn't go to the interview hahaha)

    Queens Belfast Pharmacy- offer ABBa
    Queens Belfast Biomedical science- offer BCCb

    They are out of 90 , well done mate, I got 86 for Chem and 70's for Bio and Physics

    Wow! Seriously - there out of 90? Gosh i didn't think i had done that well.. How did you find out its out of 90, my teachers have been telling me its out of 100

    My teachers told me its out of 90 and so it says on the OCR website, however all my maths results were out of a 100. Your Bio is amazing . And if it was a percentage I doubt that 74% is an A because the grade boundary for an A is 80% therefore they must be out of 90.

    Haha, thanks i am so shocked now! I thought i had just scraped A's.
    That means you got like 95% in Chem and i got 95% in Bio - how cool are we!?

    Could you please give me a link to that part of the OCR website where it says about the UMS marks? Have they got the grade boundaries up yet? Thanks for your help!
