A Levels over 3 years
Why do universities not like it when people do their a levels over 3 years. I am thinking about redoing my whole year 12 again but am worried about how the universities will view this. I have to resit 8 AS modules again alongside my A2s and i really think that i cant handle it. What shall i do?

They don't like it because it is easier to do well if you spend an extra year doing the same amount of stuff so you aren't really equal to someone who does their A levels in 2 years even if you get the same grades.

some of us do it in 18 months too mate! sorry that was such a rub in , but good luck in it!
i guess the best way to find out would be to mail/call the uni you're thinking of going to and ask them if they would be biased

If you do your A-levels over 3 years most University want 3 A's, it's best looking at individual university sites and what there view is on this.
