Don't you have to pay for Edexcel papers... otherwise it's illegal to distribute them...?

well its only the people hosting the site who will get in trouble. they will be old by the board in question to take the papers off, if they don't they are liable to 'take further action'. theirs nothing wrong with tell people where to go. in an extreme way its like saying if A tells B that they can buy a gun of C to kill D, then C obviously gets in trouble for killing, B gets in trouble for selling unless B has a licence, but A won't becasue all he did is tell the person. its really only morally wrong. the aim of the site is to help students pass exams as they have better resources to do so, which their school may not have/be able to provide, like my old one for example.
