I am in HK and difficult to buy and too expensive to buy through internet since the currency problem, pls help me and give me the ftp site.

Hey... i am currently doing some past papers but i can not access the mark schemes that have been uploaded onto the megaupload link ... please help!...it says the link is inactive or something :S
