yep, i'll be taking module 1 exams in bio, chem, physics, maths (C1) and i think critical thinking, but i'm not sure about that one, i might take all the as modules for critical thinking in June. I'm taking an extra AS (Further Maths) over the two years (y12 and 13) and I'll be taking the first module for it (FP1) in June.
I dont really feel prepared or unprepared - we havent done that much work yet for me to start revising! But we have midterm exams in November to check our progress so i think i'll start revising and studying around then...Last edited by Zaynab; 12-10-2005 at 12:51 AM.

Hey yep im sitting my AS chem and bio paper in january. I dont feel too bad about them probably because im retaking. But my mistake was not to do enough past papers esp in chemistry! so DO LOADS OF PAST PAPERS! and you will be fine

Yeh the trick is to do loads of past papers. If there's a particular thing you get really stuck on, try to get hold of a mark scheme and learn a model answer for a particular type of question. Just relax and don't worry. If you do bad, you can always resit. If you do well, that's great, there's marks in the bag and less to worry about in summer

Im feeling prepared in chem and bio but not so much is physics. which is hard. Weve had our end of term mocks though and they were quite good.

People are having mocks already? And are feeling prepared? Then you've definately got nothing to worry about. I didn't finish my AS courses until about 2 weeks before the exams!
