OMG....that's awsome!! Did you get the letter by email, mail? Is ti updated on UCAS?? I'm so nervous....I'm also a canadian applicant, but haven't heard anything from them yet (just acknowledged!)...by the way, when did you send in your UCAS application?

I got it by regular mail and it was dated November 17. It hasn't been updated on UCAS (I'm a little confused by that) but I'm supposed to email or call to confirm the date. I didn't even receive an acknowledgment, so the invitation came as quite a surprise. I sent my application on October 14.
Are you applying right out of high school or from university?

If you have interviews it does not update on UCAS, it is only if you have offers/ rejections. That is what i have heard anyway.

Does anybody have an interview tomorrow? I'm a first year at leicester and I'll be staying late after lectures tomorrow to meet with my tutor so I was just wondering who'll be around so I can say hello.

Thanks for getting back to me! Hmmm.....that is really weird...but at least you have an interview!! I sent my application on October 15th....I don't know any other internationals that have gotten an invitation yet, except you...so Congrats!!

I've finished my BSc degree at UofT. What about you....have you finished your undergrad degree??

Thanks! No undergrad degree, I'm still in Gr. 12. Good luck, I really hope you get an interview!

I have an interview on the 4th of December, 2 days before my birthday and I absolutly bricking it!!!!

Hey speedystef, I've got an interview on december 4th as well. Don't worry too much about the interview, I've heard they are pretty relaxed and friendly at Leicester.

I think the them saying the interview is friendly is a big facade - bear in mind you need 46 out of 48 to get an offer......
