Question for pre/ current GEP students
Hi guys,
Well I still haven't heard from Leicester's GEP course and I am starting to think of a plan B if this year is not my year. I definately will reapply in September, but does anyone know if Leicester will consider me again considering they interviewed me and didnt want me this year. Is there anyone out there who has been in this position and managed to get an interview and/or place the following year? Or do they just think been there done that didnt want her first time wont bother with her now?
Thanks

Hi,
Firstly, hope u get in this time!
Secondly, I did not get in first time (I talked about shoe polish a lot in my interview - dont ask
) . Applied second time and got in ( did not mention shoe polish once). I did not mention it was my second application.
All the best,
Mbj

Same here. Didn't get in first time, when they let me talk for 40 minutes. Got in second time when they cut me off after 12 minutes.

Last year 2 people on this site that i know of where definately put onto a waiting list and got an offer mid April and someone else who got an offer early April. So its not over just yet that im sure off! I think it will either be a rejection or a waiting list letter this week for us, id be very surprised if anymore offers will be handed out just yet, until they have received some more rejections from people who have been offered places
