I wouldn't worry, I think it just refers to people who are doing the whole of their AS year again. Many people do resit modules, so I don't think it refers to that. Glasgow are the only one I know who don't allow module resits.
Having said that, they do look negatively at resits:
"We are not always informed when candidates resit modular assessments. We do not, therefore, penalise those candidates who are honest enough to tell us.
You should remember, however, that medicine is an academically demanding subject. If you need to resit modular examinations to reach the required grades you should give serious thought to your choice of course." (
