To be honest that is your own fault as there are plenty of websites and books available with practice questions.
Leicester have a points system which takes into account your personal statement and academics as well as your UKCAT. If your PS etc is really good then you may get called for an interview despite your low UKCAT.

I think you should just continue with the application process...u never know!! the lowest I have heard someone getting in with is 513 but you might be one the few to get in with that kind of score....you should be fine! Even if you dont get in this year...would be good practise for interviews..........wt were ur AS/A-level grades /whatever your doing like? the importance they place on your ukcat score eally depends on how good your grades are and work experience etc.....x

Well, you may still be in a shot to get an interview. Leicester mark your application out of 20 before interview (5 marks for UKCAT, 5 for Academics, 5 for Personal Statement and 5 for Academics). You need 16/20 for an interview.
Presuming your lowest sub-section was in the 400's, you would get a 2/5 for the UKCAT. However, if the rest of your application is amazing, then you could still get 16/20 (for e.g. you could get 16 if you got 5 for your ps and reference, and perhaps a 4 for academics).
