Leeds vs. Leicester

Why choose one over the other ?

Because if you don't choose one of them then UCAS won't let you go to either :P

I'd go on which town you liek the best, it's too hard to tell what the uni it'self is like.

I would also suggest looking seriously at the course, and what you want from a course. Spend time looking at the prospectuses and websites, and if at all possible, visit both and try and talk to medical students whilst you are there.

Hi,

I can't say very much about Leicester as I've only been there once (but I thought it was a bit dull to be honest). But I did my first degree in Leeds and it's a FANTASTIC place to be a student. I know everyone thinks that their university is amazing but it really is a great place to live. It's full of student life, it's cheap and there's loads going on. The course is supposed to be ranked pretty highly too.

Where ever you go you'll have a great time. But I say go for Leeds. Leicester is small and a bit souless if you ask me.
