Hi Hyperl!

I'm Zoe, I have personally put Leeds down as my first choice and Sheffield as second. Both are great uni's, but I felt Leeds was better. Well done for getting the places and will maybe see you in September!

Love,

Zo xxxx

Hi Hyperl! I had offers from other unis than Leeds, including Sheffield, but I chose Leeds as my first choice and have absolutely no regrets! You are obviously getting a biased opinion (as I am in Leeds!) but I preferred the look of the course, and absolutely loved the university in Leeds. Leeds has a course that is a nice balance of both lectures, practicals and self directed work. We do dissection, which is a great way of learning anatomy. Also, Leeds is a brilliant city!

Try reading through prospectuses and looking at the websites of the universities, that may help you get a better idea of what the two medical schools are like. Ultimately though, you are going to get a medical degree at a great university whichever option you go for!

Good luck where ever you end up next year!

Ruth
