singh-- no its not a cultural thing honestly. i noticed ur quite active in the other social threads mashala but no.

half the POINT of uni is to be able to survive on your own without ur parents back up

--- ok girl

i mean sory i shouldv said this at the start....i already am living indeependtly of my parents ..in fact 50 miles away.//..and,.. yea seeing ma mum again wd proly be mroe of a reunion then needing her for iron..

what do i iron anyway? i dont wear suits or shirt..wear reeally girly stuff like dresses or jeans n tank tops which thankfuly dont ned ironing

another point.. since mum n dad sepearated mums been living alone (2 years nw) so i think tht could be reaosn why

but no//dnt wory guys i just wanted general consescus to take her or not

hehe obviously..i was too open minded and liberal before so sory about tht

Hey aspiration, don't take it personally sweetie, you know how we all like to joke around among serious stuff... I'm sure you know that it wouldn't be a good idea but I understand how you feel. And the fact that your mum is living alone doesn't make it any better.

I believe your relationship will be much better if you kept some distance though. Remember the fights you had when you were 13, 15, even older? It wasn't all due to young age. Let her stay where she is and visit as often as you can. Living together again might bring up fights and differences. And BELIEVE ME, you WANT to keep a good relationship with your mum for when you have your own kids and you need her to baby sit, help you feed them, change them etc.

on a slightly related note, anyone see that programme, "the doctor who hears voices"? interesting IMO... seemed a bit fake at times though, can't trust the old channel 4 now
