hi,

just a bit of info...

there will be 3 interviewers, a chairperson (senior interviewer), a GP/consultant/SpR and a medical student (year 3 and above).

Each member of the panel marks you out of 15, which is 3 marks each for communication, motivation and insight, responsibility, social awareness and interests. So theres 45 marks for the interview.

last year you needed 37 marks for an offer (not including ucas form) but it may be closer to 35 this year.

baby

I have an interview too! It's at 2:15pm on the 13th! I might see you medicinefreak! Are you going to go to that tour before the interview? I'm going to go because I haven't had a chance to look around the uni yet :-S
37/45 seems a really high mark to have to get for the interview!!

it is high, but if you are relaxed and coherent then the marks are easy to get. Just being articulate will help a lot
