I don't get it. Ranks of leodisians...how can one person have so many ranks..and whats more amazing is..the ranks can be joined@!!!xD Shouldn't it be something like the hall of Fame?

I'm sorry for sounding stupid in that post, actually i could guess it myself the real meaning of that phrase, but trying to act stupid so that someone could give me an exact explanation or representation of it.

Ranks as in "join the ranks" of any particular sub set of individuals. If I was to say: "He's joined the ranks of the Albanian army" it would just mean that someone had joined the Albanian army.

Likewise if you "join the ranks" to become a leodisian it simply means that you have gone to leeds and consider yourself as coming from leeds.
