Oh, you'd be surprised just how many people buy into the Guardian's university propeganda.

No No, have faith in the medical admissions team across the country - they'd never ever let in someone witless enough to believe all these league tables

lol - as if! nobody really knows why u apply to a university. I often come across applicants who apply to university X because it is ranked number 3 in the league table. They still get in. Then realise it makes no difference whatsoever.

Dont worry you will be fine. You have come this far, you just have to grit your teeth and do the business now. dont stress too much, its counterproductive.

only an idiot wuld pay attention to the med skool rankings, maccas.

So by default, more the eiijits apply to the med skools we are not at.

Therefore, i fink the knock on effect is that league tables work to our advantages, by keeping the eiijits out.

i think all medical schools have to be ****ing amazing to produce doctors. only the best unis can afford to plan and set up a medical school. so all the medical unis out there are top notch, you can't say one is better than the other. everyone has a different approach, and unlimited time n effort goes behind it all.

League tables for 2008 for medicine rank Leeds at 9!! Whether the league tables are BS or not the myth can now be quashed permanently!
