LEEDS Interview Advice 2006
So, as it is fast approaching the start of the Leeds interviewing period i though i'd start a thread for people to post any questions they may have about the interviews.
just as some basic info: they are conducted in a fairly informal way by a pannel of 3 which consists usually of two doctors and a medical student from third year or above, who will all ask questions.
The interview is fairly mixed, covers plenty of stuff about you, and about medicine and tends to last about 15mins.
all the best to those who have interviews already; to those who havent heard anything, im sure you will soon, dont worry, just sit tight!Marc

26-12-2005 06:51 PM #4I *should* know about the White Rose thingy, but there's so many schemes going on at the moment. If you want I can email the person who runs it for Leeds, but as it's holidays, I won't get an anser until Jan!

Yeah, the Leeds interview is quite informal. You'll get a free buffet and tour around as well!

Hi Flissy
There's a bunch of us going on the 23rd. I don't think it means that we are any less or any more wanted than people who were interviewed earlier. I would guess that we were in the middle of a big sack of applications and it was our turn to be pulled out.
I'll see you there lunchtime - good luck and enjoy the day!
