Rejected and then given an interview
I was rejected back in march, but then recieved a letter asking me to attend an interview in july. The letter said I was borderline and they are only interviewing 28 people. I was wondering if any one could shed some light on this. Have keele not recieved enough applications this year.
Any information would be appreciated greatly.

it may be that not enough people who were made offers chose keele as a firm or back up. i spoke to the admissions tutor and he said they had 3 times tooo many applications. good luck with your interview though

What sammy123 said sounds logical. They have to give out enough offers to cover themselves, as at the end of the day from their point of view it is better to have too many students than too few.
Good luck with your interview!Keele 5th year.

It happened when I applied....they interviewed a fair few, but not many put them down as firm or insurance. It isn't a massive amount, which is why they're only interviewing 28 people. They're just covering their backs
