). You two are quarelling and just extending each others words. I think you should listen to the pearls of wisdoms spoken by 'Ghandi' below:

As I said in that forum - my views are kinda mixed on the issue:

Yeah I have been finding this issue quite irritating - especially since my chances of getting breast cancer are almost zero (as I am a male) so all the publicity going into breast cancer (although is great) is also not proportionate to how much it is needed compared to other cancer treatments ie prostate cancer - therefore is unfairly disadvantaging other cancer patients. Its almost like whoever shouts the loudest gets the treatment lol.

So I feel that Herceptine should be used in the most severe cases... Although things are never so simple - and saying what I just did - if say my mother got breast cancer - I would definitely be ashamed of myself for my current views on it.

So in the end - we should all go private or pay more taxes id say...

I was just thinking if I was given this question in my interview last year - whether I would be honest and say that I think that they are spending too much of a proportion on Herceptine compared to other drugs - or that they should try to help all and therefore spend more on Herceptine...
I guess Id go with the first...
