Anyone got rejected and were on the waiting list?

I was on the waiting lists for 2 months and got rejected frm keele 2day. I thought i did really well at the interview so i don't understand why i got rejected. Any suggestions. Is it my grades? Is anyone in the same place as me? I got 5A*, 4A and 2B in GCSE and 3A and a B in AS. Do you think my grades are good enough to apply next yr cos i havent got much hope left this year? I seem to be rejected from most places. I really want to go to kings, do you think i would have a chance nxt yr?

Any suggestions would help. thanx a bunch and good luck.

Of course your grades are good enough! If keele give feedback...get it! It should help you figure out what went wrong. Don't despair there still maybe light at the end of the tunnel...you've still got your upcomming interview at UEA.

Regardless, of the outcome make sure you get those 3As/AAB in your A2 it will strengthen any furture applications, if this is necrssary.

hey, i'm sorta in the same postion as u...had an interview at keele in november....waited...and got rejected on saturday!...but u've still got hope...uea...i don't....it's my 8th rejection (keele was my only interview outta all of them)! so now i'm just in a state of confusion of what to do with my life...i still wanna do med...but i don't feel like takin another gap year....i'll probably have to grad med or something

anyways, i'm gna try n get some feedback, i think you should too...gud luck at uea though

I don't think it's your grades tbh, i have 1A*,6As, 3Bs at GCSE, ABBB at AS and did have BBC at A2 (resitting)

yep i also got rejected after waitin months on the waiting list!

im gonna try and get feedback.....is it better to email them or ring them?

just called up keele...the nice admissions lady said that she'd send my interview scores to see where my strengths and weaknesses are...and she told me to give her a call back if i don't understand anything

i got rejected 2....its also my 8th rejection..so SNAP!!!! lol
i was gutted....coz theyr so cruel, they made me w8 on the stinkin w8in list 4 so long n in the end all i got was a rejection...its so dread. i asked 4 feedbak 2 so jus w8in.......im thinkin of doin med outa the country now....all i wanted was one offer.....gutted
