hey! im from mumbai as well applying for GEP too. having a hard time trying to sort out work exp as well!!! hospitals here dont seem open to the concept at all!! if anyone has any ideas please lemme know!

also loads of people told me to apply to Newcaslte University's Malaysian Campus and a bunch of universities in Prague and Eastern Europe. I havent heard of it before and was wondering if anyone else had and knows anything about it? Is it worth giving it a shot?

Best of luck for everyone writing the UKCAT this year. Went for a practice run last year, which was catastrophic! Hopefully il do better for the real thing this year!!!

I did my Bachelors in Mass Media (journalism) and MA in Creative and Media Enterprises from Warwick.

All non science degrees so that might be a massive disadvantage!

For volunteering try karmayog.com
They're meant to be a NGO-volunteer data base. Haven't tried it yet myself, but got it from a friend. Hope its helpful!

hey Sherazhar,,,im also a student aiming to go to UK for med,,,dude i presume ur studyin in Lyceum,,bcoz it is lyk the skl where urll do both AS n A2 together ryt. Well the thing is man,,,unis generally do not accept predicted grades without As results,,,u can chk it in their websites. or u can email them n ask,,,in ur case since ur ol grades r very gud they might accept anyways its gud if u can email n clarify,,,
