1. yes thats right.
-First add a school/college
-my school not listed here, so enter: Pearson Professional Centres-City, Country... exam centre number in the 2nd field, and classify it as PT
-then add qualification: UKCAT, then I added my scores as modules.

This is what UCAS told me to do, but on online forums I have gotten the impression that it isn't required per se, because pearson will be sending off your UKCAT scores to them anyway.

2. once I entered my school name, i just "added degree" with my expected date of graduation... I left class blank and did not enter any grades... med schools will get them when they ask for them.

secondary school similar idea (they have an entry for OSSD) and then i entered my 6 grade 12U courses/grades as modules and entered my average for those as "result"

3. in the section titled "employment"....

What I meant by recommendation was the reference letter that goes in the reference section. I was told to include it there like everyone else, none of the schools I'm applying to said anything about sending ref's direct... I really hope I don't have to... that just adds more unnecessary work.

Hey, where did you find your testing center #? I can't seem to find it..

on your UKCAT score report there is a "site number". I assumed this was the testing centre number.
