Hi mel, not sure about this but regardless of where you have lived you're still british have alook at this website, hopefully it might help Student finance : Directgov - Education and learning.
If you don't qualify as a 'home student' which I'll find suprising, you're still EU so your fees will be the same, ie about £3500 depending on increases and so on. Hope it helps
