Are international students allowed to complete F1 or F2?

I saw this post by someone while searching for information

Are international students allowed to complete F1 or F2?

the post:
"I saw somewhere on the net saying that international medical students who are trained in the UK can only stay back for one year upon graduation(for English medical schools) and 2 years(for Scottish medical schools), is that true?

If it is, does that mean international medical students who studied at the English medical schools would not be able to complete F2 since they can only stay back for one year? Can someone please enlighten me about this? It would be sort of unfair if we aren't even allowed to(at least) finish F1 and F2 before heading back home.."

can anyone clarify on this?

There are not many people on this forum (possibly nobody) who has been through F2 as a foreign student. So you'd be better off asking someone who really knew rather than speculating.

Which med school are you going to? Try asking the related foundation school manager....

e.g. South Thames Foundation School :: Contact STFS
Contact Us — NETFS
Contacts
etc etc
