saudi student applying to UK medical schools

Hello, My sister wants to study medicine in the UK,and she graduates in the summer of 2009.I had some questions about studying medicine in the UK since I don't have any knowledge about that.
What tests will she have to take after graduating so she can apply for a medical school in UK?
what grades will she have to get so she can meet the admission requirement of the UK medical schools?
will she have to take a year of prerequisites or something like that?
can you give some names of good medical schools in the UK so I can check them out

    THANK YOU

Hello. Is your sister graduating from high school or a Uni?
A med school applicant has to take entry exams like the UKcat, Bmat, Msat,Gamsat for some unis but none for others. Check the med skul website to find which requires what entry exam. She also has to apply through the Universities and colleges admissions service UCAS. Google UCAS to find more info about it. As for the grade requirements, you could check the international students bit of an online propectus. She also needs to have a great deal of work experience in a hospital if possible or be involved in voluntary work over a long period. If she's got paid employment,it helps cos it shows some responsibility with money.
Check out these site www.wanttobeadoctor.co.uk for more info.
All med schools in the UK are good or else they would hav been shut lol Your sister needs to make a list of what she wants in a med school and find out which ones she likes best for whatever reason.
    Hope this helps.
