Overseas & EU
Hey people, I am an overseas student wishing to study in the UK, so I have to pay like 10 times the price an EU student would pay.
but if I change my passport to an EU one now, would i be considered an EU national and pay the lowe fee? Or if not now at least from year 2?

i think that works, coz when u get an eu passport u count as somebody coming from an eu country, however, i dont know if that holds true if u get it in year 2 or 3,4,5....

No, no, no does not at all work like that I'm afraid. In order to be considered an EU national you have to have been ordinarily resident in the EU for three years prior to starting university, and that can't have been only for educational purposes.
Simply having a passport does not make you eligible for home fees, sadly.FY2
