Has anyone of you applied to CanHelp, either last year or for the incoming september 2008 entry into medicine?

I am wondering about how it works...

1-Were you already overseas when you applied? was it a problem?
2-What happens concretely once your application has been approved?
3-Is the money transferred into your account?or to the Unvisersity one?
4-Should the amount borrowed strictly match the school Tuition and Fees ?
