searching for a place to do my elective

hey
My name is Pamela, i'm from Belize but currently i am studying medicine at Guatemala. this year i get to choose a country to do my elective. I will really appreciate if anybody could help me in choosing a country and a hopsital where i could do it. i absolutely have no idea where to go nor what to do inorder to go,please help.

what bout mexico?

im not sure if i mean that serious or not, but i think mexico or usa might be a good option. i guess its cool to be in europe for a while, but im not sure if its worth the money.

i guess you speak spanish, dont you? im not from mexico but i can ask a friend who lives there. How long would your elective go?

ps: what year do you do the elective? year 5?
