    Hey navneet,
The last date for application to medicine prog. was 15 October, and I think you are quite late now.Even then I would advice you to call the UCAS office and ask them....maybe they give some consideration to international applicants.
And y do u want to apply to a med skewl in UK....I think the med education in India is excellent specially the med college in Banglore. And believe me...the fees is exceptionally high and the degree u'll get would be the same as in ur Country.
    Think abt it

    Thanks Anita,

for ur replyand suggestion. I was looking this for a friend of mine. She has already tried tamilnadu for med, but despite having high 12th % , she could not get it.
She is willing to study in UK and today she got to know that date is over.

BUT I FOUND somewhere on ucas site that international students CAN apply later also, BUT THEN it will not be mandatory (appying on/before time , they say is guarnteed call) for colleges to honor ur application.

would u like to comment on this??
    regards'

    Yea ur right here,
Your application might be accepted but then there's no gurantee of admission if you apply late. And I think u must be knowing that UK has very limited seats for International applicants so even those like me who apply on time dunt see a very bright future tomm.
Again my advice would be to call the UCAS office and ask them. They are probably the only ones who'd give you the most accurate reply at this time of the yr.
Ask her abt trying to Aga Khan Hospital Karachi Pakistan. Its one of the best in tha world ....although admission is quite tough but there's no harm in trying.
Best of luck to ur friend.
