HELP......Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura
A female patient with Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura
for 8 years , she underwent Splenectomy which led to no improvement , then she started cortisone therapy last year and she is still receiving it ,but without any improvement .
Her platelet count is 20,000 .
What next should be done ?
