Imperial GEP Interviews and Offers 2010

Hey everyone!

Found out I got an offer from Imperial yesterday. Have had to re-check track a few times to see its really true. Felt my interview went okay, but broke the door handle on the way out, so didn't dare have any hopes..

Like everything about Imperial and feel extremely grateful for the offer. Have just like zhangyuzhi decided to decline my gep interview at Bart's. Feels like it should go to someone who will appreciate it much more than me!

It's a developmental neurobiology lab in PDN.

Wow McGiller, holding both Imperial GEP Medicine and Cambridge PhD offers?! That makes me very jealous- I would kill for either of those! It begs the question about your Oxford and Warwick rejections as you're obviously highly qualified. Any thoughts on where you'll decide to go?

Yeah the UKCAT took me out of the running for Oxford and Warwick immediately. I think I will have the distinction of entering Imperial with the lowest UKCAT of 647.5!

Umm, no I haven't decided yet. I will sit down with the offers and look over the finances, etc. Can't go wrong with either.

Hi all, I'm new to this but thought I would pipe up and say I got an offer too! Congrats to all those that did! Imperial was my first choice so I supposed I'll be seeing a few of you next year! I joined the fb group too...was actually going to make one myself but got pipped to the post!

Is everyone on here going to accept or still waiting to hear from higher choices?

Well I think I'm going to wait for a decision from Bristol, but to be honest Imperial was my first choice! So I think I'll probably accept, just need to make sure the finances are in place!
