    HI,
    I dont have my degree yet, predicted 2:1/1st in human biology from Loughborough Uni. Imperial offer conditional on getting a 2:1.
    GCSEs: 4A*, 6A, 1B. Alevels: AAB (Biology, Economics, Chemistry)
    UKCAT: 692.5

    hi all. I have got an offer from my uni- certainly reassuring. congra to all who are offered, and sorry for those who didn't make it this time. Imperial operates a waiting list which lasts til August I assume, and in the mean time, I am sure you will get a place somewhere else!

    As long as we got to this stage of the admission cycle it proved our competency. It has been a bad year for med school applications and competition level's crazy. A lot of things are simply out of our hands.

    2005: MBChB Medical Studies, Chinese University of Hong Kong (Quitted)
    2005-2010: MSci Biochemistry with a Year in Industry/Research, Imperial College London
    2010- ? : MBBS Medicine, Imperial College London

    Well done. Are you going to firm that offer and withdraw from the others or wait and see if you get into Kings/QMU?

    Wow McGiller, holding both Imperial GEP Medicine and Cambridge PhD offers?! That makes me very jealous- I would kill for either of those! It begs the question about your Oxford and Warwick rejections as you're obviously highly qualified. Any thoughts on where you'll decide to go?

    I will wait for King's and decline QMUL (I am having an interview with them soon, but will opt out, don't want to perpetuate frustrations).
