    5th choice

im thinking about using my 5th option to apply to imperial for medicinal chemistry. But having a medical ps, do u think imperial will reject me straight away? im not applying to imperial for medicine though.

I don't think it matters. There are people who applied med and then ended up with bio/biochem/biomed here. The number is not high but definitely there are some. Maybe if you wanna play safe you can add a little bit of science into your PS (a paragraph or so), but in most cases I dont think this matters too much.

good luck with applications. medchem at Imperial is brilliant.

Applied to Biomed to Imperial! Was going to use it as one of my Medicine choices but at some point during school I was moved a year ahead and so they don't like my age for Medicine, but Biomed was fine! I knew which Unis I wanted to go to, and which courses - it was perfect! Now it's a waiting game

You apply to the university directly for postgraduate training. UCAS is for undergrad and college programs.

Thought I'd chip in once more - applied to ICL for Biomedical Sciences, everything in my application was Medicine-oriented, and they made me an offer
