Music Scholarships

Does anybody know anything about the Ash music scholarships? I passed my grade 8 piano when I was 15 and got 127 marks - which is not distinction, but I did recently do my diploma in musical performance on the piano this summer. Do you think there is any chance I would be able to apply for a scholarship if I pass my diploma? They say grade 8 or equivalent, surely the diploma is equivalent?

One of my friends holds the Ash music scholarship for singing, your grade 8 merit from two/three years ago must show how good you are at the piano, and are beyond grade 8 now along with the musical performance diploma, my friend had to get grade 8 distinction in singing to get it in the end, which he did, but that was when he was 18. Don't know who you'd contact though.
