Rejected from Imperial- not on waiting list!

To all other rejectees out there who weren't lucky enough to be put on the waiting list-
What do you think went wrong in your interview? For me, it was probably when they asked me "how do you deal with stress?" and I think my answer sounded as if stress always gets the better of me. Also I think my answers were too vague for them...just interested in what other people felt went wrong in their interviews cos Imperial's feedback about why you got rejected is very general and impersonal and I'm already starting to think about what I can improve when I reapply next year to other places! Thanks

bad news, macca, but do not giv up ope just yet!
i would suggest that focusing on what you want to say would stop you being vague in the future.

Send a message via MSN to agneishd
ask others to give you mock interviews, it will help you to focus your thoughts into well structured and clear logical answers

of course the more knowledge you accumulate, the more confidence you can speak with

get more work experience over the year, and the interviews should be alright for the reapplication
