And - why would it matter?
Since in the UK at least all medical training is equal. Is imperial more equal than the others perchance?
Unless anyone's thinking of jumping ship.

So, Imperial is better .... :L

UCL has, as of this year, enacted it's ability to award it's own degrees too. Current students can chose a UCL or a UoL degree. New students can have a UCL degree only.

What makes me say imperial is not the fact that it is one of the most presitigious for medicine, but the amazing clinical facilities. i mean its affiliated with sooo many hospitals like more than 10 major ones and then many more other ones around greater london as wel. the consultant to student ratio is the best in london, so with that teaching and those facilities u jus cant go wrong! and plus imperials such a leader in the field with the opening of the Academic Health Science Centre, the first of its kind. it really is at the forefront of medicine in the UK today.
to be honest, both medical schools are amazing so either way itl b great but in my opinion, imperial all the way! (p.s. sorry for the essay!)

Most people don't care about WOWOWOW ZOMG 1000 CLINICAL FACILITES, GREATEAST MEDIC TO CONSULTANT RATIO - its all about the uni mate and which one people will enjoy themselves more in

well each to their own - some may like to have a staff to student ratio or clinical features
gotta say, some views on here really make imperial students look arrogant/short sighted... tbh it makes no difference where you get your degree from, so just go somewhere you want to... *sigh*

to be fair Agnosher (and this is not aimed at you you seem like a top bloke) the number of times I ave come across arrogance amidst imperial medics far outzonks even the poshie med skool i am at now (and thats saying something).
theres nice ones to, no one can deny, but they're image is really ruined by a group of fools who think they are god's gift.
theres no denying that these peeple will exist at every med skool too.
