What makes me say imperial is not the fact that it is one of the most presitigious for medicine, but the amazing clinical facilities. i mean its affiliated with sooo many hospitals like more than 10 major ones and then many more other ones around greater london as wel.
oh, brilliant point.... so you'll be well 'appy to provide the free taxi service for all your year to all these 'ospitals so peeple can actually use them, then....
you kind macca. but i must decline your offer, i choose a med skool where i can live fifty feet away from the only ospital i need (firms apart) for five years ta.
Ten willies i'm sure you dont need.

you want points, you research imperial or read what peeple write about it instead of pretnednig it dont exist. cos you ignored ma three points entirely, so maybe researching isnt your strength? good omens for the future. it is the most impossibly expensive place to live and enjoy yourself, intrinsic to that wif one of the least active social scene, wif travel between facilities part of the orrific london congestion zone, and some of the most arrogant staff and students i've ever met (but some friendly ones too, note).

you mean i want imperial? never applied there, so i wouldnt know about that feeling. too costly + read abuv, did the rite research afore i applied, see.

on the other and i quite like ucl apart from the cost, which was why i turned doon the offer. cheers.

Cool guys! Well there are valid points said by both, this shows how competitive both the unis are. Well, one could just toss a coin and decide where to study!

Ok seriously! ur arguments are getting imature, both make valid point and m sure the person who posted this thread will take them both into consideration.

the best way to end things is to nip it in the bud and to do tht you have IGNORE.

but seriously thanks for all the info, it really is helpful

Aw man, i can't argue with him if he's banned. Shucks.

On a more serious note; i applied (and got offers) from both. It seems to me that it's so close as to be personal choice. Although that stands true for all med schools, for some it is clear cut. Unless there's really specific important reasons, there are certain schools that everyone would choose to go to...but this isn't one of those this or that for everyone clearish cut choices. In fact it's one of the muddiest there.

All i can reccomend is visiting both (again, if you need to), reading up, asking current students, and then coming to a decision for yourself...

One of the best thing about Imperial, especially now is that you would be doing an Imperial College degree as to an University of London degree if you go to UCL, Kings or Queen Mary. And considering the situation and the status of Imperial at the moment, an Imperial degree would be highly regarded then an University of London degree.

So, Imperial is better .... :L
