I've been rejected. Not really a surprise to be honest as my interview went badly. Just glad the wait is over!

at interview they seem to try and sniff out the oxbridge offer candidates in order to give out places to those who want imperial as firm, but then again, thats pretty obvious

so this post was a bit of a waste of time...

well weirdly enough they asked me something about "intending to move outside london" which i thought was quite the odd question

i've also heard from others that they ask similar things, trying to search for oxbridge related clues...

oh okay, would be a bit annoying if they thought you had though and you hadn't!

well a huge no. of people who were there on the interview day with me had either got an offer at oxbridge, or had got rejected (ahem)

with the high standards their applicants strive to achieve, it is no surprise so many apply to oxbridge, and they'd hate to simply be a reserve to that/give out a wasted offer

Yeh, I don't disagree! I didn't mean to sound like I thought that.
Should have subtly dropped in that Imperial would 100% be my first choice...!
