I don't see why imperial can't do their interviews like oxbridge, cos oxbrige interviews are dead fast and you get it over with so quickly.
By the way , i know oxbridge interviews are alot science based and barely any ethics, what do people think imperial is going to be like? Imperial is kind of similar to oxbridge medicine in that it produces alot of good researchers, but its also a very clinical based course, so I don't know, Whats everyone think.

At the open day they had a demonstration interview which wasn't science based (Oxbridge style)
But who knows?! They could have got us there under false pretenses!

the interview isnt science based, they dont ask difficult questions. theyl ask you lots about what you said on your personal statement so you have to know what you wrote on that and be able to talk about it in depth. they tend to let you take the interview where you want and talk about what you want, basically get to know who you are, they like you if you get an interview, the interview is just to see if the person on paper is who they really are. they do ask an ethics question whihc you wont be prepped for beforehand, most important thing is to take all sides of the argument into account and give a balanced answer. there will be a student on the panel who will ask you somehting like "what will you bring to the university socially?" or "what clubs and socs are you interested in?". make sure you read the prospectus and know about the course and be able to say what aspects of the course you like etc. they will ask you why you want to be a doctor and why you would make a good one etc so you need an answer to those sorts of questions.
